Team building tasks, puzzles, challenges and activities provide an enjoyable and fun way to improve communication and team performance.

Traditional tasks can be combined with any number of multi-activity events to provide a memorable, fun but competitive challenge. Each task is led by an experienced instructor who will brief the team, encourage full participation, and give feedback.

Darlington Leisure has a wealth of experience in facilitating team building events. We have an extensive selection of team exercises to choose from which can be used both inside and outside.

In it’s simplest of formats, a light-hearted team building event can consist of a series of short exercises set out in the grounds of a venue. Each task is performed against a time limit with feedback given at the end by a very experienced instructor.

We can select a suitable venue from our portfolio, which offers a range from grand historic listed buildings to beautiful riverside or moorland settings.

The emphasis as always is to provide a fun stimulating day at a suitable location to suit your requirements.
